A chaotic check-in experience
The location was stunning, with easy access to nearby attractions like the Twyfelfontein World Heritage Site, perfect for exploring the area's rich history.
However, the check-in was a nightmare. poor organization led to a frustrating start, and my room was shabby with no guidance on how to use the air conditioning.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with stunning views of the mountains! The staff provided exceptional service, always going the extra mile to accommodate our requests. Meals were enjoyable, with unique dishes offered even outside of the regular menu. My family particularly appreciated the proximity to remarkable sites, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside was the inconsistent Wi-Fi signal in our room, which could be improved.
